Online Registration via Paypal for Non-Members

To register securely online using Paypal, click on the "Add to Cart" button for each event that you would like to register for. You will then be taken to the "Cart" where you can update the quantities for additional tables, etc. After you update the quantity on the item, click on "Continue Shopping" to return to this page. You may then add additional events, etc. When you are done adding items to your cart, you can check out using a Paypal account or credit card.

Step 1 - Convention Registration

If you are not currently a Key, Lock & Lantern member, you can register for a $15 fee. This amount includes a special "associate" membership, which allows for participation in all events, but does not include KL&L publications or website access. Two additional family members or exhibit table helpers may be included for $7 each. To register please enter your name and click on "add to cart" and then return to this page to add your companion's registration, if desired.

Step 2 - Friday, May 3rd Trolley Trip & Museum Admission

A special KL&L trolley trip will depart from the Electric City Trolley Museum's platform at Steamtown at 3:00pm for a two-hour ride over the former Laurel Line trolley route. This trip is chartered by KL&L and will include photo stops and a tour of the museum's restoration shops. Also included in the price of the ticket is admission to the Electric City Trolley Museum for all three days of the convention (May 3-5). A limited number of seats are available, so reserve early!

Step 3 - Saturday, May 4th Transportation History Exposition

Your Convention Registration entitles you to admission beginning at 9:00am. If you would like exhibit tables or early admission during setup at 8:00am, click on the "add to cart" button and enter the number desired in the quantity box. Box lunches with sandwich, chips, apple & bottled water are available for purchase by registered full members and table holders. Click on the "add to cart" button and enter the number desired in the quantity box. You will be contacted prior to the convention for your sandwich selection.

Step 4 - Saturday, May 4th Banquet Dinner

A buffet dinner will be held in the Platform Lounge at 5:00pm, followed by railroad history programs to be announced. Click on the "add to cart" button and enter the number of persons attending in the quantity box.

Step 5 - Hotel Reservations

The Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel is offering a special Key, Lock & Lantern rate of $135 per night + tax. Call 570-342-8300

Rooms at the KL&L Rate will be guaranteed until April 2, 2019. There are other events at the hotel during that weekend - reserve now!

Convention Policies: Final schedule with exact meeting times will be listed in the convention program. Train rides are subject to changes of route, schedule & equipment, at the discretion of the railroads. Due to limited availability of table space, train & banquet seats, refunds will not be issued in the event of cancellation, unless the space can be resold. In the event of cancellation of any convention activity, refunds will be issued for that particular event. Exhibitors are responsible for checking table legs, the security of their displays, and for any damages caused to the hotel or facilities. Key, Lock & Lantern will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage incurred during participation in the convention. Exhibits must consist of authentic railroadiana, railroad history displays, and related materials. Reproductions must be clearly marked. Registration indicates acceptance of these policies.
